The International Olympic Committee's evaluation team toured the venues of Tokyo's bid for the 2016 Games on Friday, encountering a small group of protesters but also getting a futuristic look at the city's plans.
The 13-member IOC team visited 25 of the 34 venues planned for the games on the second day of a four-day inspection of Tokyo's bid.
Tokyo organizers say their bid offers the most compact games, with almost all venues located less than eight kilometers (five miles) from the main stadium.
