SYDNEY, Feb 8 AAP - Sabotage has emerged as a possible cause of the Waterfall raildisaster, the Sydney Morning Herald said today.

The Herald said evidence of crushed rocks was found on the tracks close to where theTangara was derailed.

The mounds of blue metal, used as ballast to support tracks, were discovered by CityRailinspectors within hours of the crash that killed seven people, the paper said.
