Queensland Premier PETER BEATTY says the signing of a health care agreement with thefederal government is a black day for the state.
Mr BEATTIE has today signed a health care agreement which sparked a walkout of premiersat last week's Council of Australian Governments meeting in Canberra.
Mr BEATTIE says if he'd refused to sign Queensland would receive even less funding, putting an extra 61,000 people on hospital waiting lists.
He's called on the prime minister to reconsider a review of the health system.
